How do your shave plans work?
You can view all your orders from your account. But once you submit an order, it’s already in the works and cannot be changed or canceled. Shave plans can be canceled at any time before your next order processes. We’ll send you an email 5 days before to remind you. Contact us if you don’t have an account or have questions.
What is the right razor for me?
Shaving is personal. And while all our razors offer a great shave, it really comes down to the type of skin you have and what you're looking for in a shave. Compare men’s razors or compare women’s razors to see which one is right for you. 
Where do you ship?
All 50 states, baby (even P.O. boxes). Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
How often should I change my blade refills?
That's totally up to you! Warning: hair will grow if you don't shave, but we don't judge either way.
How do I manage my shave plan?
If you’re on a shaving hiatus or are getting a surplus of shaving supplies, you can pause, restart or cancel your shave plan right from your account. That’s where you can also manage your shipping address and payment method for your shave plan.  
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PayPal, too. You’ll be charged by Edgewell Personal Care once your order ships.
Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?
Orders over $15 ship free, free, free! Shipping for our shave plans is $4 for the free starter kit, and then is free after that.
Can I change or cancel my order?

When will I receive my order?
In 3-5 business days with standard shipping. You can track your order from your account, otherwise contact us.  
Do you take returns?
Sadly, no. Would you want someone else’s used razors? Didn’t think so. We do however have a 30-day money back guarantee (excludes shipping). So if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we’ll see how we can help.

How do I update my preferences?
You can update your profile, shipping and payment information all from your account. If you have a shave plan, you can also manage it there.
Is my account secure?
Yup! Security is our middle name. Or it would be if we had one. 
How do your shave plans work?
You won’t ever have to worry about running out of blade refills and shaving cream, because our shave plans will keep them coming right to your front door. 

First, you personalize your shave and get the free starter kit—the razor handle, blade and a sample of shaving cream—and then you’ll receive more blade refills and shaving cream as frequently as you choose. Shipping is $4 for the starter kit and free after that. Cancel any time before we process your next order. We’ll send you an email 5 days before to remind you. Only one shave plan per user or account. 
Which frequency is right for me?
That all depends on how often you shave. Use this chart as a guide:
    
You Shave: 5+ times per week     Recommended Frequency: Every 2 months
You Shave: 3-4 times per week    Recommended Frequency: Every 4 months
You Shave: 1-2 times per week    Recommended Frequency: Every 6 months
Can I get a free starter kit without a shave plan?
This is one of those things that goes hand in hand. You can’t get a free starter kit without a shave plan. You get the free starter kit first (just pay $4 shipping) and then you’re automatically enrolled in a shave plan. Of course, you can cancel anytime before a scheduled order is processed—although we think you’re going to love it. 
How do I manage my shave plan?

How do I cancel my shave plan?

Will the price of my shave plan change?
We do occasionally change our prices, but don’t worry, we’ll notify you well in advance if we do. 

Price changes do not apply to past purchases.
Which shave products can I subscribe to?
Right now, the Hydro 5 Sense® for men—it’s a great shave with varieties for different skin types and handles in 3 colors. For women, shave with lasting hydration for up to 2 hours with the Hydro® Silk, forwards and backwards with the Intuition® f.a.b.® or on the go with Intuition®. Throw some shaving cream in the box, too. The best thing about a personal shave is that it’s up to you!
How often should I shave?

How often should I change my blade refills?
That all depends on how often you shave. But we estimate that one blade refill lasts about a month, give or take. 
Should I use shaving cream/gel?
Up to you, but it does help reduce irritation and moisturize your skin for a smooth, close shave. Plus, the sudsy lather allows you to see where you’ve shaved so you don’t miss any spots.
When is the best time to shave?
Usually right after a shower when your hair is nice and soft. Apply a thin layer of shaving cream or gel to help minimize irritation and shave against the grain in clean, even strokes. Rinse and repeat. 
What if I have sensitive skin?
Don't worry, we've got you covered. Check out our sensitive skin razors,  blades refills and shaving creams. They contain skin soothing ingredients such as olive oil and Vitamin E. Ahhhh…
How does your friend referral program work exactly?
It's easy. Refer friends who are new to Schick and you'll both receive an email with a $5 off code once they make a purchase. You can refer as many friends as you want, the more the merrier! Learn more about our Referral Program.  
How do I redeem a referral promo code?
Once you receive the code in your email, just enter it in the promo field when you check out. The code is applicable on all one-time orders (excludes shipping and shave plans) and is valid once your friend completes a purchase. You’ll need to redeem the code in $5 increments. How does your email sign up offer work?
Once you have signed up to our email list for deals, shave tips and more, you will receive a code in your email. The discount is valid for 15% off your first purchase at Schick.com.
